It’s a good idea to come up with an ideal daily schedule but it’s a bad idea to not be flexible with it.
In the spring, I'd try and do some yard work or cleaning in the late afternoon when it started to cool down but now that it's summer that’s pretty much the worst time to do it now. I could try to keep to my earlier schedule and endure the heat and sun, but would my ideal sort of day really include that? Wouldn’t it be better to do it when it was cooler in the morning or later evening hours?
Every year has season and life itself has seasons. As obligations and recurring events come and go, it’s best to adjust our schedules, much like it’s good to adjust them for each season of the year.
If you're looking for a balanced life, then you might need some flexibility.
